you can pick them now, but unless your going to spore print them I would wait till the veil starts to break, no point in stunting there growth.....If you want to get a print pick one or more before their veils break and in a steril evironment tear the veil away and print as usual. There going to be more potent at the time of picking compared to letting them sit in the fridge for a few days.....if your not going to eat them right away just dry them you wont lose enough potentcy to notice the difference
