Junkies sleep that little. Normal people who take care of their bodies need more sleep.

I need about 6-7 hours sleep. Sometimes I'll lose a little more and get a solid 6 hours only. But 8 hours is optimal.

If I let myself "sleep in" on the weekends, I sleep almost 8 hours to the friggen minute. It's scary. I've been timing myself for half a year and it's always 8 hours, no more than that.
