Can't find any motivation
    #5513600 -

to write this paper, actually it's more than a paper, it's pretty much my entire college career hanging in the limbo through just 10-15 pages. I've known about it all semester, and now it's due on the 28th, I know what Ihave to do but I just can't seem to sit down at the computer, find the neccessary data and crack this puppy out. I've tried ritalin, adderal, coke, weed, nothing puts me in the mood to do this... I've never had the problem writing papers, I just don't get it. Incase you don't understand what I mean by my entire college career, well here's the deal; for my research methods class, I need to come up with a proven Economics theory, find real-world data that corresponds to it and actually test the theory on the data, and ontop of it, I have to present my paper to a review board of 5 of my Economics professors, not only for 70% of my grade but also to see if they'll let me continue with my final 3 economcics classes so I can finally graduate.

No amount of drugs are going to help you get going on it. Your best bet would be to work out a schedule for getting it done, as in doing a set amount each day until it's complete. Leave ample time for revisions and whatnot.

Maybe you could try thinking about your future if you don't do this paper. Ten years from now, imagine your regret that you didn't "sacrifice" two weeks in order to make the next 70 years better.
