drunk and high on coke again

im going to stop with the coke as of right now.. this is like the 3rd time this week. and i never get fucked up on a friday... i even worked out this afternoon, and i still drank and blew down... tonight this chick was out again, i dunno its a dumb excuse. ok im done as of right now. :snort:

Good luck, kott! I know how easy it is to get into the yay and stay into it. There's always an excuse, but if you find yourself making those excuses that's when you've got to stop, I think.

I didn't do any for a few years, and then about a month ago used some at a party. I was able to keep my wits though and I don't think I'll have a problem with it anymore.

A few times in a week is getting excessive, as I'm sure you know :wink:

Im planning on doing some blow tomorrow, but thankfully, it isnt a problem for me. I do it when I feel like it, which is sometimes not even once a month.
Mainly for celebrations..... my friend almost died in a tornado today a little NW of Nashville, his back was against the only wall left standing after the shit hit the fan, and tomorrow he plans on blowing 1500$ on partying to celebrate life.

Its easier if you say your taking a break, your on hiatis, that way you don't get that urge to do something your not supposed to be doing.

Coke is the most retarded drug imo. i dont see anything thats fun about it.

- its expensive
- it gets you mad addicted
- it fucks up your life permanently as soon as you use it
- its deadly
- people get shot because of it


i dont see why people try it. what exactly is fun about it that other drugs cant do?

what makes you say and think that? i know plenty of people that didn't fuck up their life from trying coke once or twice or thrice. hell i've tried it 20+ times and i sure as hell haven't fucked up my life because of those 20+ times. i demand you to take back that statement.

3 of my friends were honor students, amazing athletes and they went to a party back in highschool, they tried coke, after that party their lives were gone, they started doing bad in school and in some cases never showed up, one of them i think went to jail the other 2 became dealers and never went to college. i never seen any of them again.
and also countless more back when i was in school ruined their lives also because of coke.

and the way they portray coke on tv and movies just makes it worse for me. as much as my life is already shit and how bad i wanted to try it i couldnt. no offense mushie mountain but it may not ruin yours but majority of people who use it fucked their life.

contrary to your personal experiences "majority of people who use it fucked their life" is simply not true. I personally don't like the shit. But i know hords of people who do it from time to time, without ruining there lives.

There's nothing like being at a party and doing a few lines. You feel great, your conversations flow well, and you have a hell of a good time.

I have a rule for myself; only do coke once every 6 months and no more than that. I actually haven't done any in almost three years. And only do it for special occassions or if somebody else is paying. The stuff is way too expensive to do it on a regular basis. Also, it is bad news when you start doing it on a regular basis (believe me...I have friends who got sucked into the cocaine lifestyle and it is not pretty).

If you start getting hooked just think about how shitty the comedown is, how much money it costs, the shady people involved in it, and how it fucks people up who do it too much.

Not to defend coke, but its 50/50, it ruins some lives and other people that can handle it are just fine and continue to function normally in society.

Perfect example, one of my bestfriends is a coke dealer and addict and I say addict in the nicest of terms only because he does it so often. He has a 4.0 gpa, is going to Harvard next year, just bought a sweet ass convertable, has a fantastic apartment and holds a job. If anything I'd say coke's made his life better.

Again, I'm not saying coke is good do coke and you'll be brilliant and wealthy, what I'm saying is it depends on the person.

Well If hes doing that much enough to where you could say hes addicted in the nicest terms how could you say its made his life better even if he does function and excell in society? You know that gotta be taking years off of his heart. That much coke is just plain detrimental to your health. It's one thing doing it every once in awhile on the weekends but everyday use of stimulants? Thats welcoming strokes or heart attacks.
