wet pot

i made an awesome gravity bong which has been a great friend to me for the last few weeks (monster hits)

so, as expected, now and then some pot falls into the water, usually considerable leaves that i wouldnt want to just waste if i could help it.

i tend to throw them on top of fresh bowls and just smoke them.
so i guess it doesnt matter, but what happens to pot when it gets wet? i just hold a flame right to it just it burns anyway but is there a point or is wasted once it falls in the water?

Well as long as it wasn't wet for a long period of time and then given the chance to dry, it should be fine. The fact that it's wet just makes it burn slower than it would normally.

If it got wet and sat in a dry environment for a while it could grow mold on it which probably wouldn't be very healthy to smoke.

THC is not water soluble.
just lay it out to dry and put a fan on it.
its smoke will most likely be very harsh so don't expect smooth tasty smoke...it'll still get you high thou

one time we accidently dropped a blunt into a mug of beer and dried it out in the microwave on low heat for 5 mins, it still got us high.

How much weed are we talking about? I'd personally just cut my loses. Bongy stink weed's not too fun, and gravity bongs are pretty darn efficient lol.

I like to pretty much pulverize my weed when using a gravity bong, so it's inevitable that some will fall through my glass screen. It's just a glass bead that covers the hole. You can use glass from the beach to make a creative screen too.

I hate smoking wet pot with a passion. The water turns to steam and burns your lungs. NOT FUN. LOL.
