i have a piss test coming up in 10 days and i was wondering if anyone uses the method of drinking lots of water the day of your test and taking lots of creatine and use multivitamins to keep piss yellow. If you have used this method can you tell me how you did it, and if it worked?

well problem with that is when the test results come back all wonky.

i believe if it's a home test, you're fine... but if it's a lab, they check dilution.

they check dilution via the creatine levels. hence the need to take creatine.

as to the original poster, you should be fine. All you really need to color your piss are b vitamins.

creatine, b vitamins, and water are the exact ingredients of almost every "pass your drug test" drink on the market. I work at a headshop, so I know.

thanks for the info. i usually only take drug tests once a month but my PO is giving me a random test, and i tried to postpone it as long as i could but 10 days is all i could get.

creatine is different than creatinine.... so creatine wont work.... they check the specific gravity also so it wont matter anyway...

Whether or not you will pass depends on how much you smoked, and how fast your metabolism is.

Yellow piss doesn't mean shit except you're dehydrated. Don't be afraid to go in and piss clear. If they ask, tell them you drink lots of water because you're an active person.

Yea, not on the day of the test, and maybe the day before. But if you got 10 days, make 7 of them good exercise days. Burn that fat away.

last time i smoked was tuesday night

i usually smoke about 2-3 times a week

Exercise on days 1-7, then stop. Body goes into storage mode and stops getting rid of THC stored in fat. Is this accurate advice?

i passed my drug test today

i stayed clean for 8 days

i took 2 multivitamins two hours before the test. And one hour before the test i mixed 70 ounces of water with 4 times the amount of a regular creatine dose. And a half hour before the test i took two more multivitamins. My piss was kind of clear even after taking all those multivitamins but i told my PO that i drink 8 glasses of water reccommended by the FDA to be healthy. The days prior to taking the test i did alot of weight lifting and running

If you buy CRANBERRY juice pills from the drug store, right, like for a URINARY tract infection... follow? Your pee will be RED. You tell them you take the pills because you have a slight urinary tract infection. If they tell you no good- do it again another day, then you get more time to clean your body out. Booyakasha.
