yeah why no? like it says on that page it has it uses for putting down fires and such. as long as they dont use it on miss wet tshirt contest im all for non wet water

It's not water. The article makes that plain. It looks like water, but so does ethanol.

I always bring dehydrated water with me, when I go backpacking. It cuts down on the weight I have to carry...

I think it sounds cool, water that doesnt get you wet... I cant imagine it, but it sounds cool.  What would it mean though, water that doesnt get wet, is it like water than doesnt loose its particles while it runs over a surface?
