URGENT QUESTION!!!!!!

ok, one of my jars is only showing growth on two opposite sides, it has been 3 weeks, should i add spores to the spots that arent showing growth? or should i just let it go? the reason i ask is that things have gone so well so far, this is my first time and there have been no contams, and im scared that if i reinnoculate i could introduce contams and ruin a jar. thanks in advance for any and all help!
