ramen question

ok well im sure you all know ramen noodle soup

well I was ponderingfor lets say 1 package of the shit it has

% of daily value
total fat 16 grams 24%
saturated fat 8 grams 40%
cholesterol 0mg 0%
sodium 1700mg 70%
carbohydrates 50 grams 16%

so how much of that crap and of what do you think is held in the packets alone?

cause its mostly just dehydrated broth and that shit is super fating so im guessing thats where most of the fat comes from
but what do you think?

I just checked mine, and it has 76% of your daily sodium needs in one pack. The top two ingredients in the "spice" packet are salt and MSG.

I like the Creamy Chicken flavor. I've never actually gotten tired of it, but it's the only one I care to eat.

sorry I edited the % to equal the whole package and not a serving but forgot to edit the grams and mg but I just fixed it sorry
