Ok go to your supermarket and buy a few pints of GRAOPEFRUIT JUICE. It will make your roll 2 times as potent.

don't eat anything that will give you heart burn or sit heavy in your stomach ( i used to eat some sushi and rice).
you will want music
don't keep anymore money in your wallet than you want to spend...when i would get real i i'd end up tipping all my money away...

i tottally agree w/everyone here, make sure you have tons of water and soft things to chew on... get good mood music and perhaps some video games if your gonna stay home while you trip, IMO I'd say to get out to a club and trip instead, more fun.... oh and if either of you is good wtih glow stix, get a few sets and give yourselves light shows for cool ass visuals.
