I got a letter too, but I do not open such mail as I have been attacked febore myself. So I do not open those. However, I went to the nook and they are not open for business. something to do with mySQL

alas,

i myself prefer the nook to shroomery on most cases, today I just needed mah forum fix, and don't appreciate people calling the nook inferior, whereas we might have less users and information on our archives, I am of the belief that it is a wonderful community, not the fastest chhanging or advancing, but some of us like constancy. So please, I do believe a mistake was made in the nook, which allowed us to be in this situation, but leave critiquing(sp?) to that.

p.s. I have never heard bad talk about the shroomery on the nook, EVER, I guess respect isn't always mutual...

**edited to inform, i know only one person had a negative comment, but i try to keep my philosophy of complete consensus firmly in place, jus like picking on the minority : )

Only one single person in this whole thread that I can see had anything negative to say about the nook...but hey while I have your attention has john from the nook been posting actively? I haven't seen him on Shroomery IRC at all.

Hope they make haste to fix this problem. Good thing I didn't read that email. As for the hackers.... I'll see you in hell bastards. The Nook is my home away from home. Even though I don't post very often here at the Shroomery, I do enjoy clickin around. The forums seem so crowded sometimes. I thank all the people here at the shroomery for having us at a time like this...

I can't believe the Nook was attacked. I consider it an attack on me personally as I spend so much time there. What the fuck would motivate someone to bring it down?

The Nook might not be as huge and dynamic as the shroomery, but the people there are fuckin awesome. I hope all this gets sorted out soon. I'm needin my nook fix.

Hey, you don't know our community inside-out either. We have lots of people here who don't even do psychedelics, or smoke, or drink, or anything. There's a great hodgepodge of different people here, each of them bringing themselves to the table.
