mine are done  within a week....but ive seen others take longer so be patient....good luck :sun:

What type of container are you using, if its a baby bottle or other non-vented container it could be 2 wks+, I use the vented pint jar tek and mine colonize in a week.

most common reason LC fail is do to lack of gas exchange

mine all take about 7-10 days like everyone else.

you can get this-

in 36 hours. [started with tissue, add a few days if using spores]

i have been going from spores to lc. haven't had much luck with LC in the past and i'm just getting back into it. it's kinda weird that cloning with agar worked for me and LC didn't.

brf cakes never worked for me with LC but rye eats it up like candy.

I am using a quart jar w/out ventilation, it has been two weeks and it is about the size of a large gum ball , i do stir it every day, do you suggest I open the jar and let it breathe? or give up and start again.. there is no sign of contamination.
