I've always wanted to see Australia, but Egypt really interests me as well. My boyfriend has been to Egypt twice, and he loved it.

You can't just like, go to Egypt on a whim. There's people there that speak English, because tourism is a big deal there, but the main english is definitely Arabic. If you go there, you should probably have a guide, a safe place to stay...there's alot of messed up things that go on there, and they don't necessarily love Americans. When my boyfriend went, he was there working as a photographer on a dig at the giza plateau. The group he was with had to have guards at their hotel and were escorted to and from work every day, just to be safe.

The one place I would like to see before I die is Newgrange in Ireland, I'd be a happy man if I could at least once pay it a visit.

I would love to go to Egypt as well, any place rich in ancient history is fascinating.
