Personal, responsible drug use should not be a crime and I wouldn't think of turning to the 5-0 for anything related to it. This, like I've said time and time again, is INTERSTATE MAIL FUCKING FRAUD. Not even in the same god damn arena. I know some people, probably like yourself, wouldn't turn to the 5-0 if someone murdered your grandma. I, however, would like to live in a somewhat civilized community and see nothing right about scamming honest, hard working people out of their money.

you pay him a visit, and demand your money. if he refuses, beat his ass. it's really simple. do you think crying to the police is 'real fucking manly'? you're probably 120lbs soaking wet.

and i find it even funnier because this is over $275. that's pennies. it's going to cost you more than $275 in legal fees to prosecute him.

Yeah, that's what I thought. Beat his ass. I guess someone such as yourself may need to prove your masculinity to the rest of the world by doing that. I'm a civilized person, though. And I'd rather keep my record free of assault charges. You're about as manly as a middle school "gangster".

And for your information, I would not be the one prosecuting him therefore I would need no legal aid.

civil people tend to stay out of federal prisons.
the crime has been done 1000 or 250 dollars...still an offense. There is debt to be paid to society. What else is gonna stop him from ripping YOU off next time around?

Does anyone here actually believe the kid will see jail time? If this actually does go to trial all that will happen will be some fines, maybe probation, and possibly some community service.

Why make a problem worse by involving violence, in a sense you've already won the battle if you can prove your story. Why would you go and fuck it up by acting like a dumbass?

Too many people believe "Office Space" to be the authority on prison.

If you hold your own you won't get raped in prison. It's people who act like a little bitch that get fucked like one.

That said I definately wouldn't involve the police over a $250 thing, I'd let karma get him for me.

that the end of the story, If he wont give you tour money, make sure he spends it on hospital bills. Pressing charges isn't likely to to help you get your money back, but a good ol fashioned ass whooping will sure be satisfying.

Then no cops, no snitch calling and everyone is happy.

I would put all two hundred and thirty pounds of me into a few well placed punches to the chin and eye region, then a good knee drop or two to the rib cage and finally when he is laying on the ground writhing in agony I would pull out and piss all over his face. Take some pictures and put them where everyone can see, and call it square. If he called the police I would simply go to jail and prolly get probation or house arrest, at least I would be a man. Doubt he would ever steal money from me again, embarrassment can be a powerful motivator

If more people would use violence to solve the wrongs against them, the wrongs committed would eventually start to decline.

Fuck the cops don't be a bitch.

There is actually some strict rules enforced by the immates in prison, there are absolutely no rapings unless ofcourse you are a homo.

They the inmates never let that precedent get established. There is some pretty brutal reatialiation agianst outbreaks of rapings in state pens.

I have been in and out of jails for years, you keep to your own kind and treat everyone judiciously and you will be fine. Don't hesitate to pop off and people will pretty much leave you alone. The problems arise when you get involved in running your mouth and gang shit or owig people money.

I'm sure they see themselves as some kind of "rebels" because of they'r drug use. In an underground society, wher the only law is the thunderdome.

Personally, calling the law isn't my way, but it's probably the smartest thing to do in your situation.
