Need (More) Nesco Advice

Hi!
I just recieved the Nesco Food Dehydrator "Snackmaster Entre?" that I ordered, and I'm worried that I made a big mistake!  I was under the impression that it had a temperature control, but it doesn't.  It just has an On/Off switch.  My questions are:

Should I return it for an adjustable model?
Should I just disconnect the heating element? And if so, how?
Should I be happy that I recieved a wonderful device that'll work out of the box?
None of the above?

Is anyone out there experienced with, or knowledgeable about, this model?  What should I do?  :confused:

Seriously, the third one. Be happy because it'll work just fine. Dehydrators don't get nearly hot enough to effect the potency. You're straight bud.
