question for anyone w/ a bowflex..

i was looking into getting a bowflex.. and was just wondering if i could get any input from ppl that have one. are they worth all the $$?? they sound awsome.. but i would hate to waste my $$ on a peice of crap.. thanks for anyone that can give me some info..

totally agreed. for what you would spend on a bowflex, you could buy an olympic weight set with bench... which would kick the shit out of a bowflex

haha.... my friend has one... it just sits in his apartment collecting dust :grin:

ive tried it several times. i dont like it... i mean it works, but i like free weights better... i never liked exercise machines.. if i wanna get in shape ill do pushup/situps and cardio for free
