So i started doing sit-ups and pushups during all my free time

i think i want to get rid of my small belly and get in shape. I will start running soon as weather permits too....

but i find my self doing situps/pushups like all day cause i have nothing else to do lol....so do like 30-60situps and 10-15 solid pushups a couple times a day(for a couple days now) and i feel like im already sliming down.

nothing wrong with that, whats wrong with getting stronger and healthier at a very fast rate? I find I can drop multiple pounds if I eat right and do situps and pushups, in like a week. If when you notice that your muscles may be strained, it might ache, just give it a day or two of not doing any

Yeah, I'm doing a similar workout set waiting for the weather, myself.

Good luck :thumbup:

For me, I get busy with a lot of things and distracted and stuff...  So I just make sure I do one set a day (before I shower) and if I have time I do more.  Best to take it day by day - it won't be long at all before you start noticing improvement! :smile:

eh, I tried that once, got burnt out...although i've always been excessive, I thought I was eating too much, so I decided to fast for a day, and now i'm too lazy to make food and i'm really not hungry anymore...
