why hasnt the media picked up on the fact that Cheney was drunk as a motherfucker when he shot that guy? (the other guy was drunk as well, but "the handlers" made sure no one involved was tested) anyone who gets drunk as fuck and shoots someone with a shotgun deserves some jailtime in my mind. that is some pretty irresponsible behavior --- ...and cheney is supposed to be some kind of leader...ha!

in most states, a breathalyzer is mandatory after an accidental shooting. why the hell else would they wait so long to give him one?
