I recently harvested about 1.5 oz of Puertos from sporeworks and have found something peculiar. On some of the older mushrooms that I have been saving via refrigeration(bout a week old) there has been a blackness appearing on some of the stems and even caps. Now I found that inside the container that I kept them in there was a lot of water collection on the bottom and that some of the harvested fun-guys were half submerged in water. Is this black almost but not quite sludgeness on my older harvested booms a contam or just oxidization??? The cakes are perfectly fine and are on a strong second flush. My recently picked ones are a beautiful white. I'm drying all of them right now. Please let me know what you all think..
