"SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE?"

Hello,  and Greetings to All!

I live in south florida,  the west palm beach area?  While I'm trying to excercise each day,  to stay healthy,  I sometimes get this overwhelming feeling that something is truely missing,  :mushroom2: ,  and I've been out of the loop for nearly 15 years now,  and I was wondering if there was something I could do?  (To Find  :mushroom2: 's or even a local supplier? or even a secret underground I can connect with?)  It's not illegal to posses fresh magical mushrooms in florida,  but Dried one's you can forget about,  and don't even mention selling 'em! 

My Spirituality is way low,  and gasping!  And It's been Way To Long,  and I'm way to tired (of governmental oppressions) being the operative here,  it infrindges upon very basic human rights of life here,  my spirituality and my own adult decision making abilities to make the right decisions for my Own damn Self..

Fresh mushrooms are legal in Florida? I would have thought that federal drug laws would trump the state laws?

AEON,

I'd recommend staying away from fatty foods. Try change your diet and start eating fruits at least a few times a day.

Exercising is definitely important, but don't overdo it. 3 times a week is enough. Try not to force exercising.. feel like doing it. Feel like doing it because of how good you'll feel after and just to relax and stop thinking about things in general.. enjoy your exercising.

Third I would definitely suggest you start meditating. Listen to some meditation tapes (I recommend Ram Dass), or read some stuff online. Simply sit or lie quietly and surrender to everything you ever thought was anything. Meditation is the key to DISCOVERING your spiritual self. Once you have found it, it becomes much easier to be it.

to my knowledge (look it up): picking fresh mushrooms is okay, i'd imagine growing them in florida wouldn't be.
