bleach in incubation

my dog cleaned out his incubation chamber with bleach to make sure any contams would be eliminated. However, he used so much bleach that the cooler smells strong of the chemical. Could overuse of bleach kill the mycila growing in the jars?

I used to work in a meat market years ago.
We used bleach for cleaning.
Use some hot soapy water after the bleach.
Then rinse it out with hot water.
