Feet always cold, hands always hot and sweaty?

It's wierd, but even in warm weather my feet tend to feel chilly, and they're cool to the touch. And even in pretty damn cold weather (when my feet are nearly numb!) my hands are hot to the touch and tend to sweat. It's annoying as hell! I feel like a human peltier chip  :mad:

I drink plenty of fluids, but I don't know if my circulation is bad despite that.

Anyone have a clue how I can change this?

I have sweaty hands... Or, had, rather. Really sweaty, too. I got a perscription for "Drysol" and they're dry now, for the most part.

Yea I was gonna recommend Drysol as well. I have the same problem. My mom said to use Drysol daily for like a couple weeks and then after that you can cut down the usage. Unfortunately I slacked and never finished but ive been meaning to start using it. After a couple days of applying it every night my hands were so dry and peeling really bad but I guess you just have to get over the hump and then its smooth sailing

i have a similar problem too, although i don't know if it's really that big of a problem. my hands are always freezing. i will be playing a basketball game, sweating balls, and my hands are fucking purple and blue, feeling like ice cubes. it is very weird. my feet are also very cold too, during hot climates. poor circulation? not enough meat and fat on my bones? i have no idea.

If it's that severe in your case, I'd let your doctor figure it out. That actually risks some damage if it happens in such a severe capacity.

llok yall this isn't hard.

If its bothering you enough to cause some worry go to a fucking doctor. If your hands are purple and cold then they aint getting no blood, this means cell death. Poor circulation can be indicative to sever cardiovascular and circulatroy problems. Go see a fucking doctor.

I was all recomended "drysol" but i've never gotten it.

Personally my feet are always cold, its a genetic thing in my family. Poor circulation in my feet in specific.
