Anger...

Ive quit smoking and drinking, 2 of my favorite things to do. i quit to get back in shape and do better in school. anyways, ive been sober for 2 weeks, thats not very long, and i feel smarter.. im quicker in school. But im sooo pissed off all the time, to a point where i cant talk to anyone because im so fucking pissed and ill rip their head off. anyways, ive been thinking about drinking, its so tempting, but i still have 90 some-odd days that i have vowed to quit for..... advice on controlling this? actually, i dont really need advice, i just needed to vent... thanks for reading, comments appriciated.. :mad:

learn to manipulate energy and send that energy as a small psi-ball into someones head to make them go insane

try non-violent (well non physical violent) ways to relinquish your anger

like putting a hex on someone for instance

art! well, that can be frustrating, which can be fun, depending upon sentiment...
20 minute dump in the morning!
or...

because i'm doing the same thing, into day thirty-five, you might consider having more patience and gradually forcing yourself to smile. somehow it works for me, but i'm generally an angry fucker. everyday i try a little harder to feel good, doing some belly laughs, psyching myself up. sometimes i even wake up happy. it'll come, just stick with it. and i respect you for it, for what it's worth.
