i dont remember why, just that is was very entertaining from far away.
maybe that was because paradigm was tripping so hard he started talking to everyone about the type of porn he liked jerking to
that only serves to make it funnier from a distance

I hit things. Until I had my hand in a cast for a month. Now I hit softer things.

I'm not an angry person. Actually, in fact I don't know if I've ever really been angry. Upset or generally pissed yes, but I can't ever remember expressing anger.
This, however may have become a problem, because I think that somewhere inside, I might be a little angry. I find myself doing very interesting things, like say walking around punching the air, or punching people or the pillow (not hard, playfully even, but I'm still doing it), I noticed today I was kind of stomping around the place and pouting about even. I think I even recall childishly throwing myself at my bed at some point. To me this sounds almost like a child like regression. This is the type of behaviour children display when angry or hurt.
I'm not sure what to do about this. I'm not even sure I know where it came from, but I think its a by product of the fact that I never get angry and don't express the fact that someone may have hurt my feelings, I just let things slide, we're all people, forgive and forget.
Its a strange way to find myself...

Exercise or go to the range and blast away for a few hours.

that wasn't anger tho, that was me voicing my general annoyance at his consistant babble.....
like I said I have no problems voicing my opinion if I'm just generally annoyed or pissed, or if I can't keep my mouth shut any longer, that was also dished out with a good dose of sarcasm and wit.

I yell. If the person I'm angry at isn't there to yell at, I'll just yell at the air. And I don't just scream, I argue, and explain how they're wrong
