Sleeping problems

Okay, so this friend of minte that i may or may not be trying to impress has been having some serious troubles sleeping lately... She doesn't smoke pot, so that solution is out of the question, nor does she like percription or synthetic drugs. Basicly, i'm looking for a good herb that I can make a tea out of that will help her out. Figured this was the best spot for this? I dont know. Anyway, thanks

There are all kinds of teas available for that very purpose.
Like THIS ONE.

Don't forget melatonin, 5-HTP, and Kava Kava

+1 vote for melatonin. It gives you just enough edge to fall asleep, but doesn't knock you out.

Valerian works well and some skullcap helps. Melatonin worked wonders at first too but I noticed it stopped working quickly.
Funny how people will alter their consciousness as long as society never told them using something specific for it was bad.
Better to use the mysterious herbs that she knows little about than the evil (and oh so effective) cannabis!

I don't know much about herbs but exercising during the day helps me sleep at night.

Alright, thanks guys!
I think im gonna brew her up something with Valerian root. Try it out for myself first, and decide what to use for sweetening and stuff.
Any advice on doseage?

I know what'll help her go to sleep.
Chloroform + Washcloth
And this benefits you as well!

yeah, i read that it had an awful taste.
Maybe mixing it with green tea and loading it up with honey and some plum juice? I'll have to give it a test run first.
