 A bunch of newbie questions

im sorry if any of this has been asked, but if it bothers you that much, you dont have to answer, but thanks in advance to those who do answer!!
i am brand new to this, and i have decided to use the PF-TEK with the Equadorian strain syringe i ordered from spore-works. i will be using 1/2 pint plastic jars (glass tapered jars were impossible to find, these were the only suitable substitute i could come up with) ive got all of my materials for the project except the spores, which are on their way. i will be using the 2-liter coke bottle terrarium set-up, ok i think that covers what im doing, oh and im boil-sterilizing the jars.
ok now for my questions
1. in the coke bottle terrarium, will i have to worry about shrooms growing out and touchhing the sides of the bottle?
2. i have heard that adding a paper towel on the bottom is good for humidity, do you recommend it?
3. i have also heard that it needs to be sprayed several times daily, but ive heard that directly spraying the cake can cause damage, what do you suggest?
4. i know moisture has to be removed every now and then, whats the best method?
5. after i dry the shrooms, assuming i am successful, do i have to freeze them?

i dont use coke bottles but...

When I first began growing, I used the coke bottle method so I can offer some advice.
1. There is no problem if the shrooms touch the sides of the bottle.
2. A paper towel is not necessary. The cake alone will produce enough humidity for such a small space.
3. Never spray the inside. There will be enough humidity.
4. About twice a day, open the top part of your bottle and fan the inside to get rid of the CO2 build up and to allow for fresh air.
5. If you will keep them for several months, then you should freeze them. If you plan on eating them in the not too distant future, there is no reason to freeze them. Just make sure they're completely dry and store them in a sandwich bag in a cool, dark place.

i want to thank you for your help! i realy appreciate it, out of curiosity, how many grams do you think ill harvest from each cake? and im considering injectng extra spores from the syringe so that it colinizes quicker, will it colinize noticably quicker, or is it pointless? as far as the syringe goes, its no biggie, i can make one provided im successful.

Yeah.. don't inject more spores. It will throw off the water ratio .. just be patient and let it do it's thing. Keep at around 80-85 deg F... and in the dark. They'll colonize just fine if you did it right.
