Cheese and peanut butter catastrophe

Does cheese or peanutbutter have more fat?

depends on the type of cheese and brand of peanut butter. generally peanut butter has more fat though. cheddar cheese typically 35% fat, peanut butter typically >50% fat.

my fave sandwich:
whole grain granary (well i like to eat healthily!)
peanut butter
extra mature cheddar cheese
humous
cottage cheese
coleslaw

Peanut butter may have more fat but it is good fat. Cheese is mostly bad fat.
