Predictions for 2006.
    #5131191 -

On January 1st, 2006, I declared this to be the "Year of Things that Rule". So my prediction is nice and vague, I think overall, 2006 will rule.

Personally I think predictions are mostly a bunch of bunk speculation mixed with educated guesses, but I'm going to propagate this boring garbage anyway to see what kind of imaginations you all have. So, give us your predictions for this, the year of our lord, two thousand and six. :smirk:

Ah, I sure did!  It was waiting for me in the mailbox when I got home from Christmas at mom and dads.  I haven't had a chance to listen to the whole thing through, but I might ask you for your permission to use a song on an upcoming episode of Shroomery Radio.  :smile:

Ya, I predict that I'll be getting a job, moving out of my parents' place, and buying a house. But that's more of a plan than a prediction.

I predict 2006 will probably suck. But on the other hand, I'm an avowed pessimist, so mebbe I'm just looking on the dark side of things.

The upside of being a pessimist is you expect the worst, and are never dissapointed. If something good happens, its a double bonus.

But it wont.

My predictions for the coming year;

First lady Laura Bush will die tragically February 14th in a freak roller skating accident.

On May 1st George W. Bush will wed Condoleeza Rice at a secret ceremony held at Bohemian Woods.

On July 4th President Bush will declare before a worldwide television audience that he is the reincarnation of Thomas Jefferson and that he can channel Ramtha anytime at will. He is quickly apprehended and placed in protective custody.

On August 15th President Dick Cheney legalizes marijuana nationwide.

On September 7th Osama Bin Laden converts to Christianity after watching the 700 Club.

On October 12th AislingGheal's New Years Eve hangover finally comes to an end.

Am I Nostradamus or what?    :smile:
