I have to leave...

I know I haven't been here for very long, but I'm still rather sad to say I have to leave this forum...

You guys are fuckin great, thats not the thing, it's just that I REALLY need to quit doing drugs, it is a serious problem with me. And it's not that you guys are gonna inspire or peer pressure me to do it, but it's just that this is a drug forum, and when I'm here drugs will be heavy on my mind...and I personally know that that just won't work.

So yeah, for now I have to leave. Hopefully when I mature a bit I'll be able to come back, but right now I'm mature enough to say that I'm not mature enough to handle myself in a situation like this...it will just be too tempting.

By the way, for anyone who was reading my posts from a few nights ago, when I was rollin heavy...if ya want to know the outcome of my very fucked up night well...I ended up doing all 6, because thats just the way I am (yeah...an idiot).

I haven't even experienced aftereffects like I got from doing one or two...so thats pretty decent. My memory from the night is a complete blank...like when I came back here this morning and looked I saw a shitload of posts that I don't remeber making. Well now that I think of it I DO remember making them, but it literally seems like at least a month ago since I did it. Maybe because my mind was racing so fast my body assumed that a lot of time had passed? It's really weird, because when I was rolling strong time was going fast, so it was kinda like both ends of the spectrum.

Either way the only thing I have from it is the pics I took...I'd post them if I weren't so horribly paranoid...but I am :smirk:

Plus their really disturbing anyhow...just cause of the look of pure insanity in my face for the most part.

Anyhow, thanks for all the advice and help everyone on this forum has given me, I really appreciate it, and someday hopefully I may return, when I don't give into my temptations as easily as I do now.

Anyhow, in regards to the person who was wondering why I was still online...of coarse I'm gonna come back on to check this thread, I'm now experiencing a pretty harsh hangover so I don't think I need to worry about being tempted by drugs lol.

But tonights the challenge, if I can go to a party and stay sober I'll really be proud of myself...it's not much but it's a first step at least.

It's true that the Shroomery is based on a drug, but there are many users here who don't use anything. :smile: 

You might consider using Shroomery's Physical and Mental Health forum...it was created for situations just like this, when drug users need to take a break. 

Anyway, I too suspect you'll be back before we know it.  :wink: But I wish you the best, and that you reach a place of peace!  :heart:

We need to do a scientific survey that examines people who proclaim that they are leaving. What percentage of them come back? How long does it take them to come back?

Well, Tyrone is also semi-new, so maybe the ADDICTION to the Shroomery hasn't sunk in completely yet.  Maybe it's not too late for him to escape, unlike some of us.  :shocked:

Tyrone, I just hate to see people leave!  There's more to the Shroomery then drugs, in my opinion.  :sun:  If I stopped doing all drugs, I don't think I could leave the Shroomery.  All I'm asking is that you take a break, some time off.  Then reevaluate things in a few weeks or so.  We've all been there.  :heart:

I can understand why you'd say that posting around Shroomery will put a constant thought of drug on your mind but honestly....It's willpower!!!

I Dont Touch Drugz anymore besides the once in blue moon Mushroom Trip and yet I'll Continue to Roam around Shroomery and even OVerGrow but it doesnt mean Im gonna do more drugz...

Looking through the Forums their's not just Drugs Drugs Drugz..... hell why dont you become the newest memeber to whore OTD??

Just understand that Even for me the Thought of Drugz hasnt left my system... I miss them soo much but Life without Getting high is soo much better for me not to mention im Happier then I ever was before and not having to rely on a drug to get me through the day is awesome!!!!

But Understand this.... Ive been Back and Forth with Drugz and Honestly Even to this Day i'll get cravings to be bad and go on a binge but I Dont because of Waht ive got and where Ive gotten since I quit!!!

You gotta Set up somsorta Goal or sumthing and SEt Your Mind to either HAndle the Drug or Be Done with Drugz and move on!!!

LEaving shroomery Wont help your cause and might even make you think more about drugz!!!  Just know that the Cravings wont ever go away!! I miss Ganja like you wouldnt beleive and them other drugz...:rail: sheesh they never stop buggn me but it's willpower my friend!!

What Worked for me to Quit crap was a Big Dose of GT MAgic Zoomz and man o man.... Threw on some PinkFloyd and My Mind melted into my bed and I started to think about life and just in general WTF am I doing with it!!!

Try a Good Dose of Shrooms and Think about it  :grin:  :mushroom2:

m00nshine is currently vacationing in Maui. Rumor has it he got rolled by drunken natives and is currently prostituting himself in order to pay for airfare back to the mainland but he's having trouble juggling a hairon addiction. He won't be back for a long while.

Either way, thanks for the advice, it looks like I'm not even gonna leave, ignoring drugs isn't a good way to quit, I should face 'em head on and say "No!".

But yeah no harm in stickin around, those forums seem pretty interesting, and this community is definately the coolest and most mature forum I've encountered on the internet.
