what would be best to spray myself down with?
something that wont hurt my skin, but will do the job!

i will take shower right before....

Alcohol is good for cleaning the GB and you.

I use either alcohol or lysol to wipe down the GB. I also wipe down all jars and sterilize any tools used prior to placing them inside.
