From Sacramento to Cyanescens in Less than 2 Hours

I love living in Sacramento. I've called it home for my entire life. However, the city that I?m passionate for is San Francisco. Good shopping, great eating, and magic mushrooms. Lucky for me I?m an hour and a half away.
I hit the road at ten o?clock. Bye bye Sactown. Cyanescens here I come.

75 minutes later and it?s time to pay a small picking fee. $3 aint bad for an all access day of hunting.

At 11:30 I?m cruising the streets of San Francisco.

At 11:50 I?ve found my first cyanescens.

Life is good.

Are these some kind of pann?

Kudos to the SacTown_Shroomer
mj Nice score. I too am known for going huindreds of miles form home to shroom. When I lived in Eugene, Orego, everyday inthe fall I would hitchhike to Noti to pick liberty caps, ABout a 16-20 mile hike down west 11th street to the highway towards Florence.
Start picking at Batels meat Packing P)lant and farm near Veneta/Elmora, Towards Noti.
carried a wax milk carton to store the shrooms.
mj
Good drive and score.
Enjoy and happy holidays.

The color and habitat don't seem to fit with panaeolus, there are a lot of possibilities just being able to only see that angle of them.

Hey guys, thanks for the nice comments. Can anyone identify the suspect fungus? Also, take a look at the picture below.
I almost confused these for cyans. I'm guessing they're Galerina but I could be wrong.

In case anybody's interested here's a link to the post I made from last weeks hunt. Tons of good cyan pictures as well as other beautiful specimens from San Francisco.

The season might be over up north but it's still alive in the bay.
Be Safe. Happy Hunting.

The color is right for Galerina, but its not possible to tell what they are only from seeing the tops of the caps.

When I had found a galerina they looked exactly like cyans, I mean "exactly", those do look like galerina but I wouldnt say they ar because that wouldnt be very good of me :P. I have a picture of what my galerina looked like, and it definetly looked like a cyan but is obviously a galerina due to black bruising and rusty brown spore print.
