Im actually using a mix of Valerian root extract, Kava kava, and melatonin. I get some WILD dreams too.

I tried to get some pharms for sleep aids but doctors are dickheads and think every 19 year old is trying to get "fucked up". I wouldn't mind ambien but anyting that can help me sleep is all I need. My nights sleep is like I sleep for 2 hours then wake up for 10 mins then go back to sleep for two hours..... That cycle, Its pretty fucked up It started after the summer LNC days.

Hey Mattz! What's up? I just got home from work and am waiting for some friends to come over, so we can do our Christmas. They are leaving for Sao Paulo, Brazil tomorrow, so we have to do it now. It kinda sucks, because we have 2 gifts that still haven't gotten here, yet. Oh well. We will just give them to them when they get back.

All is well here bro. Got all my Christmas shopping done and ready for the holidays, only waiting on one gift that should be here within two or three days. Was going to brew up some tea but decided to space it out seeing as I just drank a strong batch last night, so beer it is.
