What dosage do you use for each substance? (I have no experience with any of the three.)

About 15 mgs of melatonin (I have a high tolerance, 1 mg knocked me out the first couple of doses), 5 250 mgs pills of kava kava, and 2 ml of valerian root extract.  This is for a VERY deep sleep, I don't know what a starter dose would be.

after 19 years i finaly met my father for the first time on thanksgiving and im gonna go stay with him fer christmas {lotta catchen up to do i guess}
