San Pedro CHOP

So I have these three san pedro's

Which have hopelessly intertwined roots. And they are skinny, as well as being fairly stressed getting no light and being moved indoors for the winter.

I'm thinking of giving them the chop, what do you think?

Why bother dehydrating?

You may get mold if you let it sit out for too long cut-up. I recommend using fresh and heating to around 160?F for 25 minutes.

the 35% should be fine.

don't blend if you're going to dry, you'll need to use more water to get it to turn into a pulp, and then getting the resulting snot to dry will not be easy.

IMHO, boiling will do the trick to break down cell walls. i'd like to hear others' opinions too, though.

Put them in cold storage and beef them up over the summer. Then commence the choping in the fall. IMO
