Kanna or Sugandi

So this winter break is coming up and My friend is pullin out on the 'im gettin shrooms' statement and I feel im gonna have to compensate by gettign some kind of plant for all my friends to try once again. First it was morning glory then salvia then sinicuichi and now somehting else.

Ive been looking at Kanna and it seems liek it might be ideal to smoke some herb over. Ive also been looking at Sugandi sold at my favorite online vendor and I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with it since erowid is totaly blank and google has nothin to offer I figured (im drunk) the shroomery would have some hardcores who have tried the stuff.

I tried Kanna a few times and it did nothing for me.

damn. Well At least Kanna has some info on erowid and a few experiences but sugandi (Hemidismus indica) has like no information but the vendor just has this written:

"The best way to use the ancient and powerful root known as Sugandi is in accordance with what you want it for! To calm the mind ? wash clean, and make a light tea. To induce a dream state ? use the herb as an incense as shamans have for many, many years. In the Himalayas ? the herb is ground to a coarse powder with dried leaves of basil, bel (most commonly used for maintaining calmness) or flowers of lotus, jasmine and safflower and smoked in a pipe to induce states of deep visualization for their medicine and visionary work."
