I would have to say Valerian....



It acts upon the brain in a way very similar to that of a Benzo :thumbup: ...



Great for taking the edge off, anxiety relief, & a fantastic sleep aid...


Ginger is another favorite of mine, calms the stomach and is great for the digestive system....









I wouldn't label them as "Herbs"....But i also really like Kava, and Ginkgo Biloba as well. Ginkgo does an amazing job at increasing blood flow, and giving a clear focused mind.

Ive never tried either, but rhidolia rosea and bacopa both seem AWESOME. Besides those, tea.

Jasmine tea. Is awesome. It's like honeysuckles.

I also like rose hips and everyday black tea.

As far as cooking herbs. My favorite is rosemary, most definitely.

I've only smoked weed, quite often I might add, as far as psychotropic herbs go, I don't mess around with that salvia d. shit.

Delicious? In what forms are we talking delicious?

I have some dark roasted yerba mate I've only used in tea's...didn't have much flavor though it was mixed with a few other things.
