Add ignor list option

We need a way to add trolls to an ignor list. Stupid trolls go in every thread and post sick porn pics that are totally off topic and I have to look at it. It would be a much more pleasant shroomery if I could shit list a couple porn spamming trolls and not have to look at their disgusting pics when I'm in the middle of reading an interesting thread.

I believe its something that is in the works for future upgrades of this BB, an Ignore feature would be handy for people I'm sure..

Thor, thank you for editing out those disgusting pictures CJ posted. The first one almost made me throw up. I'm thankful I didn't see the second one whatever it was...

CJ, no I'm refering to people that just go from thread to thread posting porn in whatever forum it happens to be, OTD, Suggestons, whatever, I don't like to read 4 threads and have some troll post a different porn pic in each one that is totally off topic and just there for shock value, as yours were in this thread.

phrozendata, no I wasen't refering to your welcome.jpg pic or whatever it was even though I did find it repulsive. The only person I want to ignor is 'poopyfist2000' , he really messed up my 'killing the police' thread and several others in OTD by posting randon grotesque pics in it. I wish they were editedout or at the very least I could shit list the a$$hole. And maybe I'll ignor CJ if I get the option too... that butt hole pic was over the line as far as I'm concerned, I got actually sick to my stomach when I saw that.

Yes, its the SUGGESTION forum, not picture, not OTD... I have to read all these posts in this forum and I would prefer not to see that picture in a thread that is for me and 3D.

Go ahead and do this in OTD if you want, just don't do it here.. Simple isn't?

i do think that an ignore option is too much of a load on the computers. think about. every different person has a list of different people to ignore. how many users are there. it would just be too much....

I agree that in Political Discussion or yes, even the Suggestion forum, posting a sick porn picture that has nothing to do with the topic at hand is over the line.

I find it slightly amusing you edited the word "asshole" but not "shit" in your own post. Interesting.

I do understand the annoyed feeling when a thread you post takes a different direction than you intended because of one person. Such is life.

People like the word "troll". They like to use it as an insult, or even simply as a label. I don't want to deal with you, thus I name you "troll" in my mind, thus everything you ever post is just "trolling".

Random, rambling. But it's also 8 am and I'm tired but can't sleep. Nothing like lying sleepless in bed and yawning.

I doubt that every user would have a ingnore list. Many users would, maybe, have one user on their list and some with two three or four.

It would be a great feature, for regular users. I'm not sure if the people who make the bb software will implement this or not. I know it has been suggested so I will push it more. I could do it myself but it would take a lot of work.
