Has this ever happened to you?
Its hot outside, and your balls are hanging low. Than you sit down right on your own ball-sack. Nothing sucks worse. They get all swollen up, and you have to sit down carefully, and walk bowlegged all day.

I do it all the time. Once I shit on my balls because they were hanging so low. Fucking heat!

When I do that it always seems to happen when I sit on something hard an unyielding. Metal or concrete or a wooden chair. Boy howdy does it hurt.

I normally cuss and then move on and forget it though, hehe

I've sat on my balls slightly but I've sure never had them swell. You just have to be aware of your balls' position and it s not that much of a problem.
