Put a spoon in the freezer for a while. Apply to eyes... Should help a bit unless it's an allergic reaction or something like that.

contraty to much belief, heat can reduce swelling(i think) my face was swollen cuz of wisdom teeth removal and my doctor told me to get a cloth as hot as i could(with water) then put it on my face and it took down the swelling.
