having bought a house in a development that does not have Broadband what so ever I have stooped to dial up access, I feel like I have been alienated from this ohh so great world that I live in of 1's and 0's

Man I remember the 56k days. It took like 20 minutes atleast to download a song.

I know what you mean. I have dail up also. I will for at least the next few weeks but I've had it for about 2 years.

I had cable and went back to dail up. I would be really mad at how long dail up took to just load a page.

thats why I dont even download anything at all, its more painfull then anything, its like digging out a splinter with a dull knife
