Representative Cynthia McKinney introduced this bill into Congress. Somebody please knock this bitch upside the head. Nobody gives a flying FUCK about Tupac and nobody wants our tax dollars wasted to pass a bill about his dead ass.

I hate everybody in our government. Every single one of those assholes in Congress and in our current misadministration just needs to grab a gun and unload the contents of the clip into their stupid fucking head.

Cynthia McKinney is well known as the representative of leeches and do-nothings. Look at the census data for her district.... inner-city ghetto is an understatement. This is obviously pork barrelling, I'm sure her constituents were the ones that brought it up.

Not to mention why is the legislature dealing with this? I thought the legislature wrote the laws and the executive enforced them.

Tupac helped to encourage so many kids and impressionable adults to live a "thug life". He was also a rapist, if memory serves me right. So I can see how knowing who killed him is of utmost importance. What a great man!
