how do you say "fuck it"

Say someone is always doing or saying some shit to hurt you, and you happen to live with them. You wish it didn't bug you but it does. How do you make yourself stop caring? Like what's some good tactics besides trying to avoid that person as much as you can. This person pisses me off so bad I want to kill myself. I've been coping by self-medicating but I don't think that's a healthy thing to do. My use is going up and up.

This person obviously doesnt care about you and must be a jerk. Life is too short for jerks. Get out if you can. If not, fuck it there are plenty more friends to be made in this world. Dont get down about one fag that makes himself feel better by giving you shit.

Get away from the situation if it is really bothering you.

You can only be taken advantage of as much as you allow yourself to be, and don't forget other peoples problems are not your problems.  Tell them that there is no reason for the constant abuse, you understand their perspective and there is nothing they can do to change you so FUCK IT!  :cool:
