pawn shop

im thinking of taking this watch i have to the pawn shop to get some extra cash
but i have no experiance with pawning
am i gonna get far far less then what its worth?
is it gonna seem shady that im selling a brand new watch?

If you tell the person at the pawn,that you will be returning to get the watch back,he/she will probably give you more for it.Do a little haggling.

its a fossil blue watch a freind gave me
i made a post about it a while ago
i dunno its a nice ass watch but i dont like wearing it
its too heavy and blingy :tounge:
i have been trying to find someone who would want it for a while
pawn shop just seemed like the quickest thing
i need the money because i just started an new job and i have been working 3 weeks and have not gotten paid yet so im in a bit of a slup  :pantsfase:

monthly pay huh? If it is, that is no fun at all. Hell I cant stand jobs that pay every 2 weeks (which I am working now, and will be working again at my upcoming job!)

As long it isnt stolen, ..they dont care, they are making money off of stolen items anyway, they know what goes on all the time. They are there to make a living like anyone else..
If I had the money I would buy it off you, nice watches are good collateral..I dont like wearing them. But i would like something worth some value.

thats why my freind gave it to me
heat got turned up and he had to get rid of the loot i guess :shrug:

oh shit, they take the serial number on the back, as long as nobody reports it stolen with that number.
Trust me, I sold a stolen laptop and it came back as stolen because the owner called it in stolen with the serial number.
That is one of the charges I was busted with last year..
But you will be cool, most likely people dont call in for a stolen watch.. I have pawned many items in the past...

..yes, but if you wear one it better be nice, it is fashion, just like any jewlery. That is why I dont wear one, I know what time it is, I guess pretty close all the time.
I can go without a alarm clock, drunk as fuck the night before having 3 hours of sleep, forgetting to set my alarm clock, I have woken up at the right time.. it is amazing, your body has an internal clock!  :grin:
