Shouldn't I have a full 5 mushroom rating??

I have a lot more good ratings than the bad. What's the deal here?

Not that i'm complaing, i'm just confused on how this system works.

You have 76 five shroom ratings, 6 one shroom ratings, and 3 three shroom ratings. All those added up, divided by your total # of ratings, comes out to 4.6

395 / 85 = 4.64, or 4.5 average rounded down? Yeah, I'm bored, and I probably missed a few, but just glanced over it quickly.

I was wrong the first time, it came out to 4.6 and not 4.5. So, maybe the 5 shroom level has to be > 4.75 because technically you should have a 5 shroom rating if the system is rounding up, which it's apparently not>?

The system does not round up to 5. The only way to have a perfect rating is to have 100% 5-shroom ratings.

That's not true though--I have two 1 shroom ratings. Anything between .25 and .75 probably gets you a half rating, and the rest explains itself. Above or below would go to the next whole rating. Just taking a stab though.

Ok, I just raised your average 4.70.  One more 5 shroom rating will put you above .75, at 4.76.

Someone else give him a 5 shroom and let's see if .75 is the magic #  :smile:

Ok.  BTW, I goofed on the math, Loafy will need like 40 more 5 shroom ratings to even get above 4.75, which as you just pointed out isn't the number he/she needs.  Sorry Loafy  :sad:

Damn, it takes forever to recover from a few crap ratings.
