Why would a thread centered around the work of a spiritual author beget a warning and a removal? What rule does this violate?

Way to skirt the issue. I don't think Swami's post about a spiritual matter violated any of the rules. It was moved/deleted because of personal bias, which to me is action unbecoming of a moderator; especially one in the Spirituality forum.

But what do I know, I'm not part of the controlling clique.

An answer that says, "you got what you deserved" is not clarification and certainly is NOT respectful in the slightest. Nor was my warning and thread-moving in any way respectful.

Respect is a form of admiration for the wisdom and accomplishments of another and must be earned. The type of 'respect' you are demanding is merely fear based on a threat. This is a tool used by cowards not real leaders.

Rather than locking yet another thread, why not actually deal with the issues instead of continually pretending that I am the problem. How about some real CLARIFICATION on what is and is not acceptable?

How on earth is a cut and paste from a text without personal content a spiritual post?

A mere quote from a book by no means equals a post worthy of starting a thread, no matter how profound it may be. We'd get 1.000 near-empty threads that way and in the spirituality forum it starts to look like that's what's happening.

I moved your thread, it wasn't even a deletion.
There are clarifications aplenty, you just do not seem to want to listen.

Well folks, it's official. I am banned yet again for questioning the injustice of have a valid thread shut down without reason.

Those in charge of the Spirituality Forum are among the least spiritual beings I have yet to encounter. :thumbdown:

Who knows? One is not allowed to question our mighty masters for their word is law even if totally absurd.

I am still trying to figure out the 'warning'.

Was I notified? No.

Given a valid reason for the warning? No.

Given a valid reason for the ban? Not given any reason.

Given a time-frame? Does it matter? They will shut me down no matter what because they are just and fair overlords.
