Firefox Crashing Problem

Hey all, quick question:

I'm running Firefox 1.0.7 on XP Pro with SP2. I have WMP 10. All plugins are listed and accounted for. Anytime I try to view a video file that would run with an embedded WMP screen, Firefox crashes. Media Player loads properly, says "Connecting", and as soon as it would begin buffering or playing, the browser poops out.

Any ideas? It's not the VLC Player conflict, as I've removed that and the plugin for it. AND, WMP plays videos perfectly in IE. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Maybe its the version of firefox? Have you tried either upgrading (im not sure if you have the newest version or not) or downgrading to see if that fixes the problem? Ya never know till ya try...
