Sappy music in movies and TV shows

Does this shit annoy you? It's not so bad in movies I guess, but when there is a talk show segment talking about some real life tragedy and they start playing sappy piano music it just bugs the hell out of me. It is like the producer is trying to use some cheap trick to alter my mood. It seems so fake and disgusting and I really do get offended when it happens.

I dunno about the cheap music, but I like movies where there is a sad part and the orchestra comes in. I really like to hear that stuff. It is a mood changer, but some of the music in movies is real good.

What I hate is in games or sometimes action movies is when your fighting, etc.. and they are playing some lame techno like metal. I dunno, it just kills me. For instance, the game halo 2, I hate the damn song at the menu screen.

:lol:  I love those herpes commercials.  Is it the one where the chick is running around with her new boyfriend in some tropical paradise and the commercial then insinuates that the chick has genital herpes?  I think it is an ad for "Valtrex".

I always wondered if the dude knew she had herpes.  I always scream at the TV when that commercial is on, "DUDE!  Don't fuck her without a condom!  She has the herp!".

Haha.. That reminds me of this loan commercial I used to see all of the time. It shows this couple in bed bitching about how they used to have a hard time paying their bills. They then say that they consolidated their debts and borrowed MORE money. The lady goes, "We had enough money to take a vacation!". The guy goes, "I got to buy some new power tools!".

....and I'm thinking, "How the fuck are they going to get out of debt if they just spent a bunch more money?"
