coca leaves....

So i got some of those "legal" coca plant seeds and grew some plants. They are "legal" because they are novatense and not the coca variety which is illegal. I am sure they could charge them as illegal anyhow because the government gives us no rights as human beings. Anyhow I tried one leaf tonight and chewed it. I was amazed at the results. I have chewed many leaves off my ethnogens before, salvia diviroum, kratom, etc. but I have never had an experience from just one leaf such as this! After 5 minutes or so I felt a wave of slight euphoria crash over me, I felt giddy and different then before. I touched my skin and found in more sensitive then before. While I have abstained from drugs that are extracted from coca leaves for over year I still found the effects to be extremely strong for such a small leaf. This leave was the size of your pinky give or take.

Notice feeling is somewhat reduced but pain still exists in this mindstate. As I grasp the tough skin on the palm of my hand and on my fingertips I still feel the rough edges. As I rub my hand across my forearm I feel a soft calming sensation. It reminds me of the commerical variety of the drug, but with much less sensation and much increased mental control.

The best part it is for the most part legal for everyone to enjoy. Please use responsibly and take in to account that this substance can be very addictive if extracted and purified or abused as so many street people have. Be safe my friends... and stay out of harms way.

Yeah, would love to see the plant. Did you pay the typical expensive prices for few seeds? Glad to hear they germinated at least. Good luck with the plant, would love one, but it's quite a bit of trouble, yes?

E. novogranatense. They really dont seem to be that demanding after they are well established to room temperature. Moderate watering and some nutes once in a while seem to do the trick. Very lovely looking plants you have! How old are they?

yes they are novatense, dood do some research before posting like a idiot. Goto erowid and see that coca E. coca is illegal and E. novatense is not.

yah the plants are not too bad once they are established. I am cloning one right now to make a hydroponic one. I want to bush the baby. The plants are very strong, I have a horrible pest probelm right now because of soil, god I hate soil and they aren't dead or seem to be affected by spider mites? or some other crazy pest I can't even figure out what it is yet.

The plants sure are very strong. I scorched one accidentally with a hot bulb when it had only two true leaves and it survived. But its doing beautifully. 2" of the stem is reddish brown because of the burn, but otherwise it seems to be ok and growing new leaves. Have you trimmed your plants yet? At what age do you think it would be ok to do it?

My plants are in soil still but I switched from standard water to hydroponic nutrient solution. Since everything else is hydroponic in my garden it just makes sense. I started watering everything in my garden with this "grow" solution I made. It makes everything grow like crazy. I bought the General Hydroponics micro, grow and bloom solution and make a 3:2:1 mix. This means I used 3 parts micro, 2 parts grow and one part bloom. It seems to work well with all my houseplants, orchids included. I started to use this solution also on my novagranatense`s. It seems to work well. I have the plants under a 400W metal halide venture bulb running 247. Recently the plants just started to form nodes from the main stalk and grow branches outwards. One plant as you can see I topped to make a cut-ling which is the second picture. Hopefully this new nutrient regiment will beef up the base stalk, as it cannot support the weight of the plant. This is perhaps due to the previous 1000W metal halide argosun bulb being to far away from the novagranatense, causing stretching.

The seem to love the hydroponic nutrient solution and the 400W metal halide blue bulb at close range... 15 inches away roughly.

Do you think the plants could be of the the variety E.novogranatense truxillense? They dont have the "parallel lines" on both sides of the central vein. And i couldnt detect them from the pictures of your plants.

Dbotancy is where mine are from. This is no longer a valid source I guess. The page to be gone forever. I don't know about the strain.... I am sure we could look at the pics and compare with others documented at tell for sure. I am pretty sure he only had the one mother plant and that all the seeds were of the same variety. Erowid only has the coca and novogranatense photos. I remember Dbotancy used to have a chart showing the different kinds of Erythroxylum strains and specific traits to each strain. He said they were Erythroxylum Novagranatense and didn't really go into more detail as I recall.
