It sucks looking for a place to live

You have to drive all the way out to the place.  You will inevitably find fault with the place too.

I just went to look at a place advertised as a "house".  Sure it's a house....with another fucking apartment on top of it.  It isn't a house!  It is a duplex.  And on top of that there is a flimsy door with a flimsy lock seperating the "house" from the apartment.  And they want 1350$ a month for this place?  I will admit it is in a killer neighborhood though (it is kind of ritzy and near all of the uppity yuppie shops).

I am picky.  I want my own house that is in a good neighborhood that is in the city.  This house must be a sole unit (no attached apartments!).

God dammit!  :mad2:

There's a big house for sale down here in the Bottoms.

I'm sure it's going to be cheap, because it's in the Bottoms haha.

leaving out details such as things that needed to be fixed.

I know! The "house" area is bigger and nicer than the apartment thing on top....but it is still a duplex in my opinion (a building with two dwellings in it).

It does suck looking for a house. I'm in the process now and can't really find shit in my price range.

We live in a small town and the Realtor keeps bringing us houses we've already seen and have ruled out.

We were approved for 140,000 and the one we really have our eye on is going for 150. The Realtor said no house in that neighborhood has sold for over 132 so may we have a shot at it.. It's got a 2 car garage, big fenced in back yard, basement, all the shit we've been looking for.

Damn I hope we can get that bitch!

I'm currently looking to rent a place i don't know where you live but that sounds expensive i am currently renting a modern house that has 4 bedrooms two story's across from the beach in Western Australia for $900 a month this is considered very pricey were i live have you considered moving here.
