I just got an email with this quote attached:

any truth to this?

The only Bush family skeleton that I know of is that the patriarch of the family somehow made money off of the Nazis or something like that.

I beleive Bush senior made that statement during an interview with a whitehouse reporter. Its an actual quote, no one knows what he is referring to. I can imagine though

the "something like that" deals with Prescott Bush.. read his wikipedia entry..

If anyone knows someone with a Lexis/Nexis subscription we could verify if that quote was ever published anywhere but on anti-Bush internet websites. Without such a subscription it would be nearly impossible.

My school subscribes to Lexis/Nexis. How do I search for it? Do I enter the quote?

I would presume so. Not ever having used Lexis/Nexis myself, I would only be guessing about the nature of its search interface.
